Just a reminder, we are not responsible for shipping delays from carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We do not have the ability to nudge a carrier to speed up your delivery if it's running later than expected. If your item shipped through UPS Mail Innovations, the final delivery will be made by USPS. The tracking link that you received will update once the package has been scanned by USPS. That being said, if you believe that your order is lost in transit please contact us at support@eversprout.com and we will gladly look into this for you.
